Technical Specifications:

This specific model has been configured for maximum durability in demanding industrial environments:

• Filter Element: Cartucho AF 7013-020 (AF 713 Series), ideal for constant flows and differential pressure stability.

• Maximum Operating Pressure: 40 bar.

• Maximum Operating Temperature: 100 °C.

• Construction Materials: Housing in carbon steel/ductile cast iron with internal components in aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.

• Product Weight: 6.950 kg.

Operating Principle and Self-Cleaning

The fluid is guided under pressure into the housing, passing from the outside to the inside through the filter cartridge. Solids are retained on the surface of stainless steel triangular wires.

Cleaning occurs without interrupting the production flow. By rotating the cartridge against the spring-loaded radial scraper, the accumulated particles are removed and settle into the collection cone for subsequent drainage.

This process ensures:

1. Process Stability: Efficient cleaning that keeps the pressure drop (differential pressure) under control.

2. Sustainability: Zero disposal of filter elements, reducing environmental impact and logistics costs.

3. Versatility: Suitable for lubricating oils, emulsions, resins, adhesives, and viscous pastes.

Key Advantages:

• Robust Construction: Ductile iron body and high-quality internal components for a long service life.

• Easy Maintenance: Modular design that allows quick access to internal components and seals.

• Patented AKF Technology: The cartridge bearing prevents high axial forces, facilitating rotation and the scraping process.

• Guaranteed Origin: Produced in Germany (DE), following the most rigorous European engineering standards.

Common Applications

The AF 71 G is widely used in the energy, marine, chemical, and heavy manufacturing sectors, filtering everything from light oils to high-viscosity sealants and greases.
