Available Versions Table (Steel / ISO 228)

Technical Specifications for the Consumer
To ensure you select the correct steel version, please note the following material and operating standards:
- Construction Materials: Steel (zinc-plated for corrosion protection).
- Ball and Stem: Steel.
- Ball: POM (Polyoxymethylene) – Ideal for high pressures.
- Ball: POM (Polyoxymethylene) – Ideal for high pressures.
- Operating Temperature: Withstands fluids from -10°C to +80°C.
- Ball Bore Type: Available in L-port (diverter standard) or T-port, depending on your project’s flow requirements.
Safety Note: The rated pressures (PN) indicated are valid for standard sealing materials (POM/NBR). If your system operates with special fluids or temperatures outside this range, the maximum pressure may vary.
Table: KHB3K Models (Steel) vs. Recommended Flow Rate

DN 04 – Modelo KHB3K-G1/8
“Precision in Small Dimensions” Ideal for instrumentation and control systems where space is critical but high pressure is a requirement. With a G 1/8″ connection, this carbon steel valve withstands an impressive 500 bar, offering safe and leak-tight flow diversion for low flow rates (up to 4.5 L/min).
DN 06 – Model KHB3K-G1/4
“The High-Performance Compact” The G 1/4″ version is the standard for auxiliary lines and pilot circuits. Combining extreme robustness (500 bar) with a compact design, it ensures mineral oil diversion occurs without excessive pressure/load losses in systems of up to 10 L/min.
DN 10 – Model KHB3K-G3/8
“Balance and Versatility” The KHB3K-G3/8 is one of the most popular choices for industrial mobile and fixed hydraulics. Designed to operate at 500 bar, it offers a 10mm internal bore (LW), making it excellent for those who need moderate flow (up to 28 L/min) with the superior durability of zinc-plated steel.
DN 13 – Model KHB3K-G1/2 (Compact)
“Efficiency Under Extreme Pressure” With a G 1/2″ connection, this DN 13 model is optimized for systems operating at the limit of 500 bar. It is the ideal solution for flow diversion in main pressure lines where safety and absolute POM/NBR sealing are essential.
DN 16 – Model KHB3K-G1/2 (High Flow)
“Expanded Capacity in the G 1/2″ Standard” For systems that use half-inch connections but require a larger fluid volume, the DN 16 version offers an enlarged bore (LW 15mm). It supports pressures of up to 420 bar, making it perfect for optimizing flow velocity and reducing oil heating.
DN 20 – Model KHB3K-G3/4
“Robustness for Medium-Sized Systems” Designed for G 3/4″ connections, this steel valve is the ideal component for return or pressure lines requiring flow rates of up to 113 L/min. Supporting 420 bar, it ensures smooth and reliable flow transitions in demanding industrial environments.
DN 25 – DN 25 – Model KHB3K-G1KHB3K-G1
“Power and Large Flow Control” The KHB3K-G1 is the choice for large-scale hydraulic systems. Its high-strength steel construction allows operation at 420 bar even on 1-inch lines. It is the ultimate solution for controlling heavy actuators that require high transfer rates (up to 177 L/min).
DN 32 / 40 / 50 – Models G1 1/4″ to G2″
“Engineering Solutions for High Flow Rates” These models represent the top of the KHB3K line, accommodating threads up to 2 inches. With a steel body and high-performance seals, they operate safely at 350 bar. They are vital components for hydraulic power units and filtration systems where structural integrity and minimal flow restriction are mandatory.
General Technical Note: All models above feature a chromium (VI)-free zinc surface protection and can be mounted in any position, adapting perfectly to your machine’s layout.
