FILTER CART 40 L/MIN

Description

Choose the Ideal Pumping Technology

We understand that each fluid and system has unique requirements. That’s why we offer two main assembly options for your cart:

1. ACT Gear Pumps (Standard)

  • Best cost-benefit: Ideal for quick transfers and general maintenance filtration;
  • Robustness: Excellent performance under severe industrial conditions;
  • Operation: Stable working pressure of up to 10.2 bar;
  • Recommended oil viscosity between 12 and 100 cst.

2. KRACHT Helical Pumps (High-Performance Option)

  • Low-Pulsation Flow: Ideal for ultra-high precision filtration, preserving the integrity of the filter elements.
  • Quiet and Smooth Operation: Significant reduction in noise and vibration in the oil flow.
  • Viscosity Versatility: Superior performance across a wide range of fluids, with viscosity up to 5000 cst.

Excellence in Purification with Filtration Group

Regardless of the pump chosen, the “heart” of the filtration remains unchanged. We use original Filtration Group housings and elements (German technology, formerly MAHLE):

  • Absolute Efficiency: Microglass fiber elements that ensure particle retention according to the most demanding ISO 4406 codes.
  • Two-Stage Filtration: System protection with coarse (larger particle size) and fine (smaller particle size) filtration in a single pass.
  • Simple Monitoring: Saturation indicators that eliminate guesswork, showing exactly when to perform the replacement.

Technical Specifications and Ergonomics

Our cart offers:

  • Flow rate: 40 L/min;
  • Motor: 1 HP (0.75 kW) – Available in multiple voltages (220/380/440V);
  • Mobility: Reinforced warehouse-cart-type structure, with 10-inch wheels for all terrain types;
  • Safety: Drip containment tray and high-strength hoses with crimped fittings.

Recommended Applications

  • Plastics and Injection Molding Industry: Maintenance of servo valves and high-precision systems;
  • Steel and Mining Industry: Offline filtration in environments with high contaminant loads;
  • Power Plants and Pulp/Paper Industry: Transfer of large volumes of lubricating oil with guaranteed cleanliness.

Technical Conclusion

The ACT Filter Cart is more than just equipment; it is an asset management tool. By allowing the choice between the robustness of gear pumps or the precision of KRACHT helical pumps, ACT Sistemas Hidráulicos ensures you have exactly what you need to achieve your oil cleanliness target.

Which technology is best for your process? Our technical team is available to compare performance curves and help you choose between the standard assembly or the KRACHT configuration.

Technical Decision

1. When should I choose the KRACHT pump? We recommend the KRACHT pump for systems where oil viscosity is high or when low noise level is an operational priority;

2. Can I replace the pump in the future? Yes, the ACT design is modular. However, we recommend defining this at the time of purchase to ensure perfect coupling and electrical sizing from day one;

3. Does the ACT cart comply with ISO 4406? Yes. With the correct Filtration Group elements, the ACT cart is capable of bringing the fluid from critical levels to cleanliness classes such as 16/14/11 or higher.
