The STB-G3/4 (DV-16-A) valves are designed to regulate flow in both directions (providing the same adjustment for both advance and return movements).

The volumetric flow rate depends on the pressure differential and the fluid viscosity at which the valve is operating (non-compensated); that is, the regulated flow may increase or decrease depending on the variation of fluid viscosity or temperature over time. The in-line flow control valve (STB-G3/4 (DV-16-A)) allows for sensitive flow adjustment and shut-off, thanks to its special design (flow reduction).
