Unlike smaller models, the TN25 uses monitored logic elements (cartridges), allowing the control of large volumes of oil with minimal pressure drop and maximum response speed.
This block is the heart of safety systems in high-tonnage presses, injection molding machines, and large-scale equipment, where component failure is not an option.

• Logic Elements Technology (Cartridges): Instead of spool directional valves, the TN25 uses monitored Atos LIFI/LIDA logic elements. This architecture allows for much higher flow rates and greater durability in fast cycles.

Operation and Safety Logic (NR-12)
The logic of the TN25 is based on cross-monitoring between the pilot valve and the power logic elements:

1. Rest State (Safety): The logic elements remain closed, blocking the flow of oil to the cylinder. The sensors confirm the “closed” position.
2. Advance Command: The pilot valve directs the oil to the drain, thereby opening the logic elements. The system monitors the response time and synchronized opening.
3. Fault Monitoring: If one of the logic elements fails to close (due to contamination or spring breakage), the sensor will send an error signal to the safety PLC, which will prevent the next cycle and shut down the motor-pump group.
