Designed to strictly comply with NR-12, this manifold block offers redundancy and fault monitoring for heavy metal-forming machinery.
The TN10 model is the “bigger brother” of the well-established TN6, maintaining the same Category 4 safety logic, but with an expanded capacity for systems that demand higher oil flow rates and fast responses in larger presses.
ACT TN10 Block Differentials
• High Flow Capacity: While the smaller model serves lightweight systems, the TN10 utilizes Atos DKE valves that support flow rates of up to 150 L/min, ideal for larger-diameter cylinders, associated with a higher oil flow rate.
• Category 4 Safety (Active Redundancy): The system is designed so that a single failure does not compromise the safety function. Through electronically monitored valves, the block detects any anomaly and prevents the hazardous cycle from restarting.
• Certified Atos Components: Equipped with Atos technology featuring SIL 2/3 and PL certifications, ensuring compliance and acceptance in international audits and labor inspections.
• Ductile Cast Iron Construction (EN-GJS-450-12 / FE-45012): Manifold block machined from high-strength cast iron bar stock, ensuring dimensional stability and leak-proof performance under pressures up to 315 bar.

Operation and Safety Logic (NR-12)
The TN10 Block follows the same high-reliability Step Diagram, validated by inductive position sensors (y1 and y2):
Ram Stopped: Active safety with total flow blocking.
Fast Approach: Monitored movement with sensor feedback.
Pressing: Force application with pressure control via the DBDH10 valve.
Decompression: Gradual relief to protect seals and structure.
Ram Return: Safe return for a new operation.
Fault Monitoring: The safety PLC compares the signal sent to the solenoids with the feedback signal from the inductive sensors. Any delay or failure in the valve returning to the neutral position results in the immediate locking of the system.
